At Surly Bikes, we build gear meant to be used and abused, but if your purchase isn't the right fit for your ride, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition. Please note that all returns must be processed through the original authorized Surly dealer where the purchase was made.
Contact Your Dealer
Reach out to the authorized Surly local bike shop where you originally purchased your gear to initiate the return process and verify eligibility.
Prepare the Goods
Ensure the product is clean, in its original packaging, and includes all manuals or small parts that came with the initial sale.
Proof of Purchase
Provide your original sales receipt or order confirmation to the dealer to facilitate a quick validation of your warranty or return period.
Inspection and Refund
Once the dealer inspects the item for signs of installation or damage, they will process your refund or exchange according to their specific shop policies.
